CONVENTIONAL ASSEMBLY

In addition to our surface mount PCB assembly capability we also have an impressive facility for the assembly of conventional/through-hole components using a range of either hand solder or wave solder processes as appropriate.

Chemigraphic uses semi-automated through-hole equipment to assemble products to the highest quality level, in a cost effective manner. The layout of our PCB assembly area is designed to minimise material handling and labour. Our through-hole assembly system is designed for flexibility and adaptability.

Equipment includes 6 semi-automatic insertion stations, Dip Insertion Systems and 2 Blundell CMS400D Dual Wave Flow Solder Machines, one dedicated for manufacturing "lead free" PCB's and one for "leaded" PCB's.

Our team of skilled Assembly Operators work to colour coded assembly drawings and instructions are designed to minimise product travel and operator movement. This ensures PCB's are consistently manufactured to the highest standards.
