Automation: We have made automation a core part of our service offering. We implement a range of automated processes which reduce labour costs and remove the potential for human error, ensuring high quality delivery. These processes include SMT Auto kitting, paste micro-dot equipment, automated soldering with conformal coating application and JIT assembly.

Workmanship Standards
We assemble to IPC 600, IPC610 and IPC620 utilising J.STD-001 with manufacture to Class 1, 2 or 3. More details here www.ipc.org
Our Chemigraphic training programme supports our customers’ development and assessment, in addition to our own. We observe industry Workmanship construction standards and Chemigraphic is an authorised IPC Training specialist.
RoHS Compliant
All Chemigraphic practices and processes are fully RoHS compliant and we maintain full capability for exemption product support. Chemigraphic is fully compliant with European directive 2011/65/EU, which addresses the reduction of hazardous substances (RoHS) in electronic and electrical equipment. These restrictions apply to lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls and polybrominated diphenyl ethers used in assemblies for sale within the EU.
