Accredited to ISO 9001:2000, Chemigraphic has a long heritage in the high reliability sector. As a result all our staff are trained to the latest revision of IPC610 utilizing J.STD-001.

DPMO (Defects per Million Opportunities)
This is the industry recognized quality measure which is being used to measure the quality of our processes and products. Using DPMO enables us to rate the quality of our products, staff, departments and overall performance using internal and external comparisons. As DPMO is calculated using each opportunity in an assembly, it gives us a very accurate, detailed and meaningful information on where improvements need to be made.

Chemigraphic consistently achieve world class DPMO results; continued measurement of production quality using DPMO will ensure this level is maintained.
